I really liked the series so far, but the end in this installment was really sad and unsatisfying. I understand that not every love story needs a HEA, but I just think that this is a little too black/white. No compromise possible and that is just strange when you really love someone, that you don't even try. And I really disliked the "kid vs. lovelife" reasoning. I don't know if I can explain that in an understandable way - it is hard to put into words, why I disliked it - maybe because it is so disappointing because of all they went through in 4,5 books, to have it end like that.Ok, and maybe I didn't appreciate the whole "He will wait for me (while he raises the unconvenient child) and THEN we will have the HEA". Maybe I am in the wrong here, because it fits Jax's character, but I still don't like it.But the series was still a very good read overall. Not sure if I will read the next one though.
