I'd do nothing but reading if I could (ok, maybe eat some great food, buy some fancy shoes between two books...oh, and spend some quality time with the gorgeous guy I married while I am on reading-break anyway...)

That was really awkward.

Free the Darkness: King's Dark Tidings, Book 1 - Kel Kade, Nick Podehl, Podium Publishing

After the torturous upbrining, in all imaginable versions of reality a young man would be a deeply disturbed/psychopathic/destroyed mess.

In this book, he is not only quite charming in his naivety and strong and valiant - he is also very very beautiful.

And in his simplicity just searching for "friends".

Unfortunately the whole set-up let's him look as if he is intellectually challenged, unable to read people and his understanding of people, their behaviour and interactions, their motivations etc. is - politely phrased - basic.
