I'd do nothing but reading if I could (ok, maybe eat some great food, buy some fancy shoes between two books...oh, and spend some quality time with the gorgeous guy I married while I am on reading-break anyway...)
It was well written and had this special true quality.
What I found a bit strange was, that the author more or less told his whole life story, but disclosing in the end, that he left very major parts out (abuse as a child, depression etc.).
So when I finished the book, which had a certain ironic and lovable tone throughout, I felt strange, because in the end there where references to very severe problems.
It is not a genuinely funny book, it is too sad for that. There are traces of humor, but it is very understated.
It is a hard book to rate or review as it is a more or less raw re-telling of a person's life and personal history.
