Here comes my rating scale!

To explain a little better (to me and to others) how I rate books.

As I am just a humble human being I cannot promise 100% accuracy, but I will strive to stick to my own rating scale :-)

Please take the explanations of the rating stars as pointers/descriptions - not all the statements separated with the slash will be apt for the book I rate.

E.g. not all 2-star-rated book will have pet peeves, some are just written so badly that I cannot give more. Another 2-star-book might have great writing, but I just didn't like it and it included pet peeves.

★★★★★ = Favourite, really loved it/extraordinary/fantastic and great/fangirling  

★★★★½ = Very good book/fell in love a little/liked it a lot
★★★★☆ = Very much liked it/a few things missing for love/some minor peeves

★★★½☆ = Liked it with some minor peeves/missing some things
★★★☆☆ = Overall good book/liked it 
★★½☆☆ = Liked only parts/parts only okay/pet peeves

★★☆☆☆ = Meh/Okay/pet peeves/parts missing or bad/not liking much about it
★½☆☆☆ = Disliked it mostly/not bad enough for DNF/major pet peeves/bad writing

★☆☆☆☆ = Loathed it mostly/torturous read/major pet peeves/bad writing

½☆☆☆☆ = Bad/Bad/Bad - Hating it

DNF         = Too bad to finish...
