I had an awful, awful week at work, so I decided today after crying in the washroom at the office because of a personal call (my parents screwed up big time) that I would do something nice.

And what I did: I built a silly diorama for my sister's birthday. We will give her money to travel, which could have gone in an envelope. My husband, the nicest being on this planet, who cancelled his afternoon appointments at work, after I called him crying went with me to a few shops for craft supplies, very patiently went with me through all the possible stuff we could use, before we (meaning me) settled on something simple.

And here it is:

And yes, I went for the glitter for the suitcase. And I am not ashamed.
