I'd do nothing but reading if I could (ok, maybe eat some great food, buy some fancy shoes between two books...oh, and spend some quality time with the gorgeous guy I married while I am on reading-break anyway...)
This one had a really nice atmosphere and a good backstory. I liked the Alien archeology topic a lot.
The love story was ok - not my favourite here, as the pacing and the rhythm felt exactly like in the other books.
I didn't find Thomlin very interesting, he felt like a pale copy of Thatcher.
The girl felt like a pale copy of Arkani.
It was nonetheless an entertaining book and I enjoyed it a lot.
