I'd do nothing but reading if I could (ok, maybe eat some great food, buy some fancy shoes between two books...oh, and spend some quality time with the gorgeous guy I married while I am on reading-break anyway...)

And I remember again why I didn't dig this series so much...

Guardians Of The Haunted Moor: (A Tyack & Frayne Mystery) (The Tyack & Frayne Mysteries Book 5) - Harper Fox

The relationship between the two MCs is established, their great true love stronger than anything and so on.

So the drama centers on their ready-made family.

The last installment ended with Lee's conveniently pregnant sister at their wedding.

I don't want to spoil it for other readers, so no details. Just that I didn't like where the story was going.

Also the paranormal stuff was bordering on ridiculous. The crime story was boring to me.

I don't understand why Gideon had evolve like this

(becoming paranormal/clairvoyant/mind-reading/whatever as well - it started in the last books, but here it is more emphasized).

(show spoiler)

I liked him better as the silent and strong and good giant, the copper and all around good guy. He didn't need anymore special polish imho.

So, all in all, just ok.
