I'd do nothing but reading if I could (ok, maybe eat some great food, buy some fancy shoes between two books...oh, and spend some quality time with the gorgeous guy I married while I am on reading-break anyway...)

A wonderful romance with the best female protag in a long, long time.

Imperfect Chemistry - Mary Frame

Lucy is genuis level intelligent, a scientist and very introverted, might even be slightly distanced from her emotions (she claims to not even have some).

She is very analytical, very structured, calm and smart. I loved her. She was just the best romantic heroine - no stupidity, no unnecessary drama, slow and hot, hot burn with the object of her interest and a lot of hilarious banter.

I loved this book so much. And mostly because of Lucy. The side characters, the humor, the dialogues and all the other ingredients are so well done.

And Lucy was just so great. She had me from the first few sentences - that scene when she tries to counsel with purely rational advice? Priceless.

I might have loved this so much, because I also don't cope very well with strong emotion and rate reason and science very highly.
