I'd do nothing but reading if I could (ok, maybe eat some great food, buy some fancy shoes between two books...oh, and spend some quality time with the gorgeous guy I married while I am on reading-break anyway...)

Midnight Clear - Mercy Celeste This was very disappointing. It felt extremely short, no real story, and a kind of insta-love, but re-warmed. I also saw that in some other books, and a few authors seem to use this story line where two guys were always/a long time ago in love with each other and then the story really starts when they meet again, but conveniently the whole getting to know each other and falling in love is alreay done even before the prologue...I don't like this, but can accept it, if there is an interesting story with development and good dialogues etc following the uninspired beginning. Here the uninspired part is the whole book. Two guys meet again after years, have a one-night-stand-turned-into-HEA. Boring and partially bordering on ridiculous. The christmas part was pretty much two sentences (a tall christmas tree standing around).
