I'd do nothing but reading if I could (ok, maybe eat some great food, buy some fancy shoes between two books...oh, and spend some quality time with the gorgeous guy I married while I am on reading-break anyway...)
I am in no way inclined to like anything new-age, aromatherapy, re-incarnation, karma - and mostly dislike people or character in books who are so inclined.
Not a good place to start this book.
Why did I still like this romance?
Because it was entertaining and it had a plot line of that I whole-heartedly approve:
The Alpha Hero Macho Guy gets enlightened that not only women do no enjoy cleaning and housework more than men, and learns that the obedient little house-wife he thought he wanted is not in the slightest what really makes him happy.
Unfortunately it also has insta-love and insta-family.
But I was so happy to read about an emancipated woman that I - ahem - instantly forgave the book.
